We are happy to welcome a new support group to Shotton Community Hub. This organisation supports anyone who with an Ileostomy; Urostomy or Colostomy and will take place every Monday from the 22nd January, 10am to 12noon except Bank Holidays.

OOOPS is a support  group for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) ,Irritable Bowel Disease(BD) an Ileostomy, Colostomy or Urostomy.

We offer one to one support, but family members are more than welcome. There are leaflets on each of the conditions and we can let you know where the relevant support groups are.

Everyone is welcome, refreshments,cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit on arrival.
